These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and CitizensPrep LLC ("CitizensPrep," "we," "us") for your use of the CitizensPrep app and content (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
You must be at least 18 years old (or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian) to use the App.
The App offers study materials and practice for U.S. immigration interviews, including civics questions, English reading and writing practice, and AI-assisted mock interviews and coaching. Civics questions and form information are based on publicly available U.S. government (USCIS) materials. We work to keep content accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete, error-free, or up to date with the latest government changes.
Some features use artificial intelligence to generate practice questions, feedback, and mock-interview responses. AI can make mistakes. Do not rely on AI output as legal advice or as a guarantee of what an officer will ask or decide.
The App is free to start. An optional one-time purchase (not a subscription) unlocks all questions, all practice, and the AI features. Purchases are processed and managed by Apple or Google under their terms, and refunds are handled according to Apple's or Google's policies, not ours.
You agree not to misuse the App — for example, by copying or reselling its content, attempting to break its security, or using it to break any law.
Except for public U.S. government materials, the App, its design, text, software, and brand are owned by CitizensPrep LLC and protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for your own interview preparation.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will help you achieve any particular result.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, CitizensPrep LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any immigration outcome, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid us for the App in the 12 months before the claim.
You agree to hold CitizensPrep LLC harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the App or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
We may update these Terms. If we do, we will update the date above and post the new version here. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.
